• Worldwide Free Shipping - All products are shipped free of charge worldwide. I personally select the most optimal delivery options in terms of speed, reliability, and cost.
• Lost Packages - If a package is lost in transit, I will resend a new one at my own expense.
• Customs and Taxes - If the recipient is charged VAT or customs duties, it is the recipient’s responsibility, not that of the sender.
• Returns and Refunds - Due to the unique and highly personalized nature of each product or service, no returns or refunds are accepted.
• My trusted partners and I can ship your physical products on behalf of any individual or business entity.
• I always aim to dispatch your orders using leading international carriers, providing tracking numbers and reliable delivery services.
• For physical goods, delivery is available only to regions served by FedEx, UPS, or other major carriers, and only if your region is not under sanctions from the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.
• If the package is held or delayed by customs authorities in your country, all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance procedures are the sole responsibility of the recipient, not the sender.
• Whenever possible, I insure the shipments for additional protection. However, there is no risk on your side, if your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.
