- I understand that the practitioner is not a medical doctor, not a licensed medical professional, and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.
- I understand that within this agreement, terms such as relaxation, transformation, growth, stress reduction, and personal development refer exclusively to energetic work as part of a complementary spiritual wellness practice, and are not related to or intended as medical treatment or healthcare.
- I understand that energy healing is a complementary spiritual wellness practice and is not a replacement for professional medical or psychological care.
- I take full responsibility for my own physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being during and after the session.

ENERGETIC CAPSULE PRACTICE DISCLAIMER- I understand that the woven energetic capsule used during the sessions is a symbolic, spiritual, and energetic wellness tool intended solely to support relaxation, personal energetic balance, and meditative focus. I acknowledge that the capsule is not a medical device, does not perform any physical or physiological function, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.
- Participation in the capsule practice, including any course of up to 21 sessions (1 session per day, for up to 21 days), is entirely voluntary.
- I understand that the capsule does not restrict my movement, does not confine me in any way, and that I may exit it at any moment.
- I take full responsibility for my own physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being during and after the session.
4. DISCLAIMER OF ANY AND ALL LIABILITY- I release the practitioner from any and all liability, claims, or consequences, past, present, and future, related to the sessions or to any products purchased from the practitioner.
